BDC Gives Workshop at Thought For Food Challenge Global Summit 2016

Alison Irvine and Daniel Grushkin represented Genspace and The Biodesign Challenge at the Thought For Food Global Summit 2016 in Zurich, Switzerland. Attempting to imagine the future relationship between farm and city in a fictitious landscape, they asked participants to use simple craft materials to build a model of a small city and nearby farms incorporating the participants' proposed projects and visions. The goal of the workshop was to explore, challenge and deepen our goals for the future of agricultural and urban infrastructure.
