Climate Chronicles: Images of Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow

The project is the creation of a photo triptych that depicts climate landscapes of the past, present, and future on a mycograph, an experimental printmaking process using baker’s yeast as a living substrate. The triptych serves as a warning and call to action for a more sustainable future.

Instructors 2023

Devon Ward is a designer, artist, and educator who works across multiple creative fields including design, interactive media, and experimental art. His research focuses on design as an expanding field that blends new technologies, materials, theories, aesthetics, and methods to adapt to changing environments. He is Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Auburn University where he teaches design and interactive media.
