Willowflex Project

This project is an exploration into a plastic alternative called WillowFlex.
Instructors
Erik Nauman has been a Middle School and High School Technology Integrator at The Hewitt School for the past 14 years, working with a particular interest in robotics, computer science, and virtual world learning experiences. In this and his additional work as a Girls Who Code club instructor, Robo Expo event co-coordinator, and Logo Summer Institute facilitator he strives to inspire teachers and students to explore their creativity and curiosity with technology and making.
Young Kim has been a Middle and High School Technology Integrator at Hewitt School for 4 years. His curricular focus is in 3D design and fabrication. Having an arts education background, a combination of art and technology are explored in his classes. He has also taught a Curatorial Studies class in which students design, curate, and install an exhibition with the support from educators from the Metropolitan Museum.
