BDC 2018 Alumni Exhibiting at Gregg Museum

Kerasynth, a project created for BDC 2018 by students from the Maryland Institute College of Art, is now featuring in an exhibition at North Carolina State University. The project proposes creating a microfluidic "skin" that provides nutrition to wool follicles that grow on its surface.

Art’s Work in the Age of Biotechnology: Shaping Our Genetic Futures will be an art-science exhibition and symposium that features artists, scientists, and humanities scholars. The show aims to prompt discussions about the role of genetics in society.
