In response to water scarcity in Jordan, the project takes advantage of algae’s natural purifying properties to replace building pipes with a natural filtration system.

Ruba Jadallah is the head of the interior design department at the Applied Science Private University, Jordan. She teaches undergraduate modules in interior design, having joined ASU as a full-time assistant professor in February 2019. Ruba's key research interests are the design for sustainability and healthy interior specification and finishes.
